Bungay Black Dog Running Club welcome back the popular Summer Series this year, running along scenic country lanes, starting and finishing at our training ground on Pirnhow Street.

The race is mostly on-road but with a hard-wearing path at the end, leading back onto the field. We will not have a cut-off time but because of the evenings drawing in, the course and finish will be marshalled until 9.00pm. Runners may still participate who may take longer than the 90 minutes allowed but please wear a hi-viz/reflective vest and a head/body torch, and be aware that there may not be crowds at the finish.
