Ellesmere Port RC 5K Road Race

A fast and flat one lap course on rural lanes around the village of Capenhurst, Cheshire. This chipped timed event is one of the fastest 5k races in the north west with PB times of 13.55, male and 16:37 female set in 2019. This race is in memory of Ellesmere Port RC athlete Neil Lavery. Parking will be at the same as last year, at Capenhurst Technology Park, Capenhurst, Chester, CH1 6EH. Race HQ is a short walk towards the start and is located at the The Village Hall, Capenhurst, Chester CH1 6HL where race numbers & timing chips are to be collected from. Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Open male and female and 1st place in Vet Categories and additional prize for new course record. There will be drinks and goodies at the finish line with refreshments available at the race HQ.
