The Hambledon Hilly is a family friendly event staged in the beautiful South Downs National Park on trails and country lanes passing through National Trust land and vineyards.

Event overview
The 1km race is flattish, the 2km and 5km hilly but not too technical. The 10km race is mostly a trail race of which two kilometer being very technical with ruts, roots, flint and possible mud. This is not a race for a personal best or if you have knee or ankle issues. There are four distances on offer: 1km, 2km for 12 years old and under. 5km for 12+ years old. 10km for 15+ years old.
