The course is mainly off road with some sandy trails and undulations along the coast,

the 10k and half marathon share the same course until the 10k turnaround on the beach just past Sizewell B and the half continues on a further loop between Minsmere and Dunwich before returning to join back with the 10k course at Sizewell and routes back to Thorpeness to the finish. The run itself will be in waves for the distances, finish area is the same as the start area.
This event is part of Heritage Run - 10K/Half Marathon/Dog Run 10K.
