Event overview

The Keighley 10k & 5k are both challenging events at the start of the running season. Both the 10k and 5k routes for 2025 start and finish in Victoria Park, Keighley. This year’s event is kindly sponsored by Colin Appleyard, AWB Charlesworth Solicitors and Modality. Both follow a circular route alongside the Leeds - Liverpool canal and East Riddlesden Hall. The 10k route also takes in the stunning Keighley Golf Club. All participants receive a bespoke Keighley 10k and 5k t-shirt. As the event takes place on Mother’s Day, many people run or walk with their mum, for their mum or in memory of their mum.

Eat natural

Cut out sugar & junk food, reduce carbs, eat natural foods and train your body to burn fat for fuel.

Get outdoors
