The KA7 is a 7 mile multi terrain course starting and finishing within the Abbey grounds.

Race hosted by Kirkstall Harriers Running Club and in support of Sue Ryder Wheatfields Hospice A 7 mile, multi-terrain, mostly flat course starting and finishing within the spectacular grounds of Kirkstall Abbey. The route takes in riverside paths and the canal towpath as well as road and the grounds of the Abbey. Every finisher will receive a bottle of beer.
