Mud Sisters | 5K obstacle mud run. A fun and empowering race for women to come together, support one another, and conquer the course no matter your experience or fitness level. Age 7+ years.

Mud Misters | 5K obstacle mud run, A race designed for men of all fitness levels to push their limits, bond with friends, and enjoy the thrill of the challenge in a comfortable and supportive environment. Age 7+ years.

Mud Family | Grab your friends, family, or coworkers and tackle the course as a team or you can run it on your own. Whether you’re a group of friends, a family unit, an office crew, or an individual the Mud Family race is all about teamwork and having a blast together. Bring your Tribe or join ours on the day. It’s all about your Mud Family, not your blood family. There is also a 1.5K Mud Family wave so that you can run with your younger family members.

5K Age 7+ Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult
