With some steep climbs and a challenging terrain that is mixed to include coast path, tarmac, meadow and of course, some steps. A well-marshalled and signed course ensures you will not get lost. The 10k looped route starts and finishes at Menabilly House and takes in the several places of interest and views that just demand a selfie.
