The Unstone Undulator is a brand new trail race around the beautiful tracks and footpaths of Unstone and Dronfield, Derbyshire. This six mile loop takes runners on a scenic journey through forests and fields, with a few tough climbs and flowing descents to enjoy on the way.
The race is self-guided, and runners will receive written instructions to follow on the day. There are no GPX files to follow, and no marshals on the route. You are responsible for your own safety. You will be timed out at the start and back in at the finish.
The race starts and finishes in The Fred Hopkinson Memorial Hall in Unstone. Runners may choose their own start time. Although the route follows good paths with few hazards, the February weather can be unpleasant and unpredictable. It is essential that all participants carry a working mobile phone with the race director's phone number saved, a waterproof jacket, and warm layers.
