Tonbridge 10K is a road run on tarmac for the first 8.5k after which it will switch to pavement.

There is a small climb at 1.5k and a larger one at 7.2k, the rest of the course is either flat or downhill. Excellent marshalling, signage, medals and trophies (Male and Female 1st, 2nd and 3rd, age groups and top team) with bag storage, refreshments and toilets available at HQ.
