This is your chance to race on a 100% traffic free bike. This race is ideal for anyone new to Duathlon.
All our 2020 Duathlons are being supported this year by Triathlon England. 6k Run /20k Bike/ 3.5k Run. We suggest you get there early for registration so you will have the chance to ride on the track before the race to warm up. Helmets must be worn at all times. Race tun through. You will start on the track for the first 2.5k lap. Its then onto the second lop that 3.5k. Then back onto the track for a 20k bike (8 laps) Is easy to keep count if you have a speedo. If you don’t have one just time your first lap then just keep adding that time to each lap. You will get a bit slower but you should still be able to work it out. Its then back out onto the second run and that’s the fsecond 3.5k loop again. We will have water bottles to take out at the start of the second run. We have now added a map of the run course. There will be a race brief to go over the whole race. The Prize giving will be after the last person has crossed the line.
