The Cardiff 10 Mile course runs through Pontcanna Fields and Bute Park, heading north along the Taff Trail to Haley Park and then returns home.

The course will use Pontcanna Fields and Bute Park before heading north along the Taff Trail to Haley Park, where you will do a turnaround loop and then head for home. The course will run on tarmac paths. The 10 mile route is ONE lap and the 20 mile route is TWO laps - both laps are identical.
