Let's MOVE for Movember and make this November the biggest ever month that MoBro's, MoSista's and Mini MoRunners come together across the country. It's time to create memories!
When you MoRun you will be inspired to acheive your goals, you will run with a smile on your face, you will meet incredible people and in turn help raise awareness and fundraising for partner charity Movember. Take on the 5K MoRun, 10K MoRun or step up the challenge and give the Half Marathon a go!
Let's not forget the kids as they can now take on the fully race-chipped 1.5K Mini MoRun.
This event is part of Carlisle MoRun.

MoRunning is all about inclusivity and whether you are just starting out, a seasoned runner, young or old, you can be a MoRunner.
There will be some funky tunes played and the team will get you warmed up and ready to run!
Without a doubt MoRunners bring good fun, great vibes, loads of laughs and incredible costumes.
The crowds love it, we love it and there's a load of amazing MoMedals to hand out.
If you want to be in the fancy dress showdown make sure you line up between the fancy dress flags by 9.15am. There will also be spot prizes for best dressed Mini MoRunners when they cross the finish line.

Make sure everyone you want to be in your team uses exactly the same team name when booking.
For the 5K some walking is allowed however due to time constraints the 10K and half marathon events they must be predominately running/jogging.
The route is suitable for wheelchairs.

Parking is extremely limited in the park. Please check options and allow yourselves some extra time to get to the event on time. Alternatively if you can leave the car at home or travel with family/friends that would help.
Get ready Carlisle to MoRun around the stunning Bitts Park! The run route is a mix of flat paths and trail running, it's dog friendly and OK for buggy running. It's suitable for wheelchairs too. The 5K is one lap, the 10K is two laps and the half marathon is an initial 1.1k loop before 4 full laps.
There is a cut-off time of 1.5 hours to complete the 5K run from when the event starts.
The MoRunning medals are pretty special! You definitely need to add this to your collection and will collect yours as soon as you cross the finish line!
Every MoRunner receives a super cool MoRunning headband. Collect when you arrive to your MoRun, wear it with pride and smile for the crowd!
Every MoRunner will receive the very best in race timing with full race chip timing and instant results as soon as you cross the finish line.
At the MoRun finish line there will be drinks and snacks for you including water, sweets and other goodies from event partners!

Movember is the only charity tackling men’s health on a global scale, year round. Movember raises funds and awareness for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
When registering you can help support the charity by making a donation or you can set up a fundraising page with Movember or JustGiving once you complete your entry. Simply raise as much as you can.
Children who are capable of completing a 5K or 10K distance are welcome to join this event if the parent/guardian is confident their child can complete the course.
