A flat 5 km race/event on good trail paths, no traffic, generous cut off time (45 mins), well marshalled course. Technical tee shirt, gift, sweets, crisps, water, medal to all finishers. Main and age related prizes. TRA permit pending. Charity cake stall, running club shop and Friends of Woods craft stall all on site. Free Parking. Min age for entries is 12 years old on the day.
