Mental Elf - Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Mind

Suitable for all ages and abilities, whether you run, walk or dance your way around the park course, it’s all about having fun together and raising funds and awareness for better mental health. We envision a day full of elf merriment to kick off the festive season, why not dress up in something elf related or dig out the tinsel to add a bit of sparkle to your fun run look? To keep our fun run participants and spectators comfortable during Mental Elf, we will selling warm refreshments pre and post run at the nearby Leicester University Student Union. Here at LLR Mind, we are passionate about providing the best mental health support and services for our local communities across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Everyone has mental health, with 1 in 4 of us experiencing poor mental health right now. We are looking to raise awareness and increase our services over the next 12 month so we can offer support to those who need it. Mental Elf is a way of bringing our community together, open up the conversation about mental health and have fun together in the process. We can’t wait for you to join us!
