Join Ashbourne Running Club for this beautiful but challenging half marathon out into the Peak District and Dovedale. The Ashbourne Half Marathon is a spellbinding race experience. It's a hilly course exploring the fabulous Derbyshire Dales before returning to the historic market town of Ashbourne, a place much beloved of Jane Austen. It's a challenging event, but the views are breathtaking and the racing is superlative; you won't want to miss it and we can't wait to welcome you to the start line! Why not bring your family for our 5k Fun Run. This starts shortly after the half marathon and uses playing fields & paths on the recreation ground and memorial gardens. Choose from one or two 2.5K laps of the route around the recreation ground. The course is well marked and all off road.
