BC10K Autumn Edition

Runningmonk Trail Events are back this year with the same stunning route, the same beautiful Shropshire views, hills, muddy puddles, stiles and stream crossings, but this time, the course will be in reverse. The route comes in at just under 800ft of elevation and will be well marked and marshalled. There will be chip timing by our friends at Readysetgotiming, who are from nearby Herefordshire, finisher's medal and a yummy doughnut to refuel on when you cross the finish line. We truly believe here at Runningmonk Trail Events, that running is for everyone and with that in mind, our 10k is open to runners of all ages and abilities, from novices to experienced athletes and is perfect for those new to running, as there are no cut off times and absolutely no pressure. Under 16's should be accompanied by an adult, and well behaved dogs on leads welcome too, however please note that some of the stiles are not dog friendly, so please ensure the route is suitable.
