Friston 5 Mile Night Trail Run

Participants are encouraged to don Halloween-themed fancy dress, with a prize for the best costume. The run is self-navigated, primarily through scenic countryside, including forests and farm tracks, and requires a head torch and mobile phone. Runners will receive a race number, a Halloween-themed finisher's medal, and a complimentary drink at the finish. The event is designed for those aged 18 and over, promoting a festive atmosphere rather than a competitive race.
