which is friendly, very welcoming and aimed at athletes of all abilities especially those trying out the longer distance for the very first time. We would like everyone to complete the full course but you can choose how much you complete as there will be no DNFs. The race will consist of a 2 Lap Sea Swim, a 2 Lap Bike Course and then a pancake flat 3 Lap Run. We have a Relay Option so everyone can get involved. All you need to do is give it a GO and you will get that all important bit of bling. We have the following cut off times to protect the marshals and if we think at any time you are struggling we will remove you from the course and bring you back to the finish line.
