MT10 (Multi-Terrain 10)

The course spans 10 miles (16 km), featuring a combination of soil and firm sand underfoot it suits all abilities. The 2024 MT10 course will closely follow the classic route, maintaining the familiar mix of singletrack, double-track, and beach sections. Although the course is predominantly off-road, the type of soil and areas used mean there is very little made, making it suitable for all types of running footwear.
