Narberth Nobbler 10K and Half Marathon | Half Marathon

The Nobbler 10km is a great route with a variety of running surfaces including trail, road, streams and mud - nothing too strenuous but enough to make it a satisfying challenge to complete. Expect the usual Nobbler stupidity along the trails around Crymych. The course record currently sits at 44 minutes 30 seconds, set by Doug Nicholls. The route then undulates through the most picturesque parts of the woods. There is plenty to keep it interested as you'll be running through mud, over streams up and down little valleys and being chased by wolves. There is one feed station on the route at 5km which has water and jelly babies! We welcome all abilities from seasoned speedsters to first timers, come and give it a go. Entry is £16 which includes a super bling finishers medal. The bigger brother of the 10km is a different beast altogether. It has a decent amount of climbing in it and takes in a lot more of the trails around Crymych. Like the 10km run, this has a wide variety of terrain from road to slippy single track. This route takes in most of the trails around Crymych including a jaunt into the Preseli Hills. There are several feed stations on the route which have water and jelly babies! We welcome all abilities from seasoned speedsters to first timers looking to complete their first trail half marathon. Entry is £18 which includes a very shiny finishers medal.
