Join 3K adventure trail through Epping Forest, with pumpkin fun and treats - a perfect Halloween afternoon activity for the whole family.
Families are encouraged to arrive from 12.30pm to enjoy a variety of activities before the walk starts at 2pm.
Looking for more of a challenge? Then join in the morning for Chasing Pumpkins multi-terrain trail run through Epping Forest.
Entry includes a medal, sweets and trail.
