Run The Seasons at Cowdray - Autumn | 10 Mile

Runners can choose either 5km, 10km or 10mile route with canicross options. Why not enter the 10km run series for a chance to be crowned male or female series winners and be presented with a luxury hamper from Cowdray Farm Shop & Café. Overall winners will be decided on a points system based on their finishing position with their top three results counting towards the series if they run all four 10km races. Autumn (10KM AND 10 MILES) - Runners will have the choice of taking on either a 10km, 10 mile or dog-friendly canicross course which will take you up a gentle incline to Bexley Hill and beyond before turning back reveal the golden colours on the South Downs. After the race, head to the Farm Shop and have a go at making your own apple juice, sample a range of apple-themed treats and find out more about this humble but important fruit.
