The race will take place at the Cyclopark in Gravesend, so it will be traffic free and taking place on the purpose built tarmac circuit.
Team relay race each team member will complete a 3k run, 12.5k bike,3k run before handing over to there team mate. Trophies for Male, Female and mixed teams. Technical t-shirts for all finishers. Solo race 5.5k run, 20k bike, 3k run. GOTri 2.5k run, 12.5k Bike, 2.5k run.
