The Longworth 10K

The Longworth 10K is a beautiful run. It starts on a gravel track at the east end of the village, runs along the ridge and then down to the river. Just short of the river you turn on to grass track and stay on grass / dirt as you follow the Thames Path west. When you leave the Thamas path, you're back on gravel / concrete farm track as you climb up the "yellow brick road" and back along the bridle path from Hinton Waldrist. The finish is outside the gorgeous Longworth Manor. The course is not suitable for running with baby strollers. Dogs are allowed but must be on leads at all times and runners with dogs must start at the back of the pack.
