Walk For a Cure is a brand new walking event organised by the UK’s leading dementia research charity, Alzheimer’s Research UK.
It gives everyone impacted by dementia a wonderful opportunity to come together in a stunning location to walk, talk and support the charity and each other.
The 5K circular route will begin at the entrance of Holyrood Park with it’s magnificent views of Edinburgh. Follow the bumpy path up and past the majestic Arthur’s Seat, taking in the breathtaking sights of the city.
Register today and join Alzheimer’s Research UK this summer at Holyrood Park.
In every step, lies a story. Walk For a Cure brings together everyone impacted by dementia. Who will you walk for?
Walk For A Cure is an inclusive space for everyone.
Walk for someone you love to show you care and to take positive steps towards a cure.
Walk in memory of a special person to remember them, honour them and keep memories alive.
One in two people in the UK will either develop dementia, care for someone with the condition, or both. This cannot go on. We need to Walk For A Cure.
