The course is mostly flat, but with a challenging double loop around Bowleaze.

Runners start and finish the 10 mile route at the Pavilion end of Weymouth Esplanade. The course has a 75 minute cut off time at the 5 mile point. Organised by Egdon Heath Harriers in accordance with UKA Rules.
