Departing from Murton to the east of the York, you will head toward the historic city, crossing the River Ouse at the Millennium Bridge; then cycling past The Knavesmire, York’s famous racecourse before heading onto some stunning little country roads in the direction of Leeds. There are 3 route choices, the short at 41 miles, the medium at 72 miles and the long at 100 miles. There is a route choice to suit all abilities in this spring event, whether it’s your first sportive or you love a 100m challenge we have a route to suit you. For 2024 we’ve got an awesome new Medium and Long Feed Stop in the Village of East Keswick. It’s a lovely brand new Village Hall. This also mitigates the need for Medium riders to cross the A64. York – Leeds – York has become one of The Biggest Sportives in the North of England, 2024 will be the 10th edition, we’d love to see you there!
