Outdoor Swimmer Henley Swim Festival

The Outdoor Swimmer Henley Swim Festival is an outdoor swim event like no other. This weekend dedicated to celebrating open water swimming is set in the most stunning location on the banks of the Thames just outside Henley. Visitors can take part in a number of river swimming challenges in the Thames - from dipping in the free river Lido, to taking up the 200m Splash swim, all the way up to 4 mile challenge, or the UNLTD - where swimmers swim the mile course as many times as they can across the day. For those not wishing to swim - there is also plenty to keep them entertained including live music, talks with figures from the world of swimming, a shopping village packed with retailers and food and drink. The Wellness area with mobile sauna, ice-bath and breathing workshops has previously been a hit, to be repeated! There is also plenty to keep the younger visitors entertained with inflatable slides and ride-ons in the zorb zone, plus paddleboarding tours on the river.  With acres of space, delicious food and drink, a chance to meet the Outdoor Swimmer Magazine team, music, entertainment and other activities, all hosted by Sports Presenter Ben Croucher, this really is the perfect event for every swimming enthusiast. Two nights of camping available on location by the river make this a full weekend destination. All swim events take place on the Sunday. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome!
