This event is also an ideal choice for the triathlete looking for some mid-season training. Practice transition and bike skills whilst getting some running miles in before or during the season. Come join Pendle Triathlon for this annual event. Set at West Craven Sports Centre in the beautiful Lancashire countryside.
Pendle Triathlon is ideal for first-timers and we also attract a host of experienced and elite racers. There are opportunities to take part in the Super Sprint and Sprint Tri.
The Sprint Triathlon Course is a 400m swim, 2 x 11km lap bike and 2 x 2.5km lap run, this ensures plenty of opportunities to see your supporters and friends throughout your race, with a shorter course for the Super Sprint.
The Pendle Triathlon is well supported, with great facilities, free parking, and a semi-rural location and the Pendle Triathlon Club look forward to welcoming you.

Please arrive 15 – 30 minutes before your wave start time. This should give you ample time to familiarise yourself with transition, warm up, discuss any queries you may have with the team and use the facilities if necessary. Waves start at 09:00. Start lists will be posted on this page with your number and official start time the day before the event takes place so no need to email just keep an eye out.
Please bring your confirmation email so we can scan you in. Your race number will be provided upon registration upon arrival. You’ll then be directed towards transition where you will keep your bike and trainers and any nutrition/hydration you may require during the event.

There is ample parking at Barnoldswick, using either the school next to the leisure centre or local on street parking, so no worries in this department. There will be no parking in the leisure centre, however, our registration van will be there and we promise you wont miss us.
