Embark on a grand tour of the Chilterns and Thames Valley this September to help men affected by prostate cancer.
Set off from Windsor Racecourse in the late summer sun and explore stunning countryside and enjoy professional support along the routes, culminating in a bustling event village where you can toast your success with your fellow riders and fundraisers.
This challenge is perfect for novice and experienced cyclists alike.
The best part is you’ll be doing something incredible for the 1 in 8 men who will get prostate cancer. Your fundraising will help fund vital research into better tests and treatments to support a screening programme to diagnose men sooner, ultimately saving lives.
This event is part of Big Blue Bike Ride.
2024 timings are to be confirmed.
Both routes are on-road so your bike must be suitable for road riding. All bike types, including ebikes, are welcome.

Start and finish point at Royal Windsor Racecourse, Maidenhead Rd, Windsor, SL4 5EZ
From Windsor Racecourse the route goes through the town centre and past Windsor Castle and the historic Eton College.
Crossing Dorney Common, to the ancient village of Cookham and the picturesque town of Marlow, the route then becomes hillier as it takes in several climbs in the Chiltern Hills. The highest point of the ride is reached near the 40-mile mark with a nice easy run back to the finish.
A Β£200 fundraising target is recommended but watch that total rise as you share a link to your JustGiving page with friends and family to drive those lifesaving donations. The team is on hand to help support you throughout with handy tips and ideas.
Whatβs your reason to ride?
The money you raise will go towards funding lifesaving prostate cancer research and support services for the men and their families affected by prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men, so by taking part youβll be doing something amazing for the dads, grandads, partners and friends we love.
