When you are nearly there! OMG
There is a 6-hour event starting at 9am or a 4-hour event starting at 11am. Run as far as you can during the time, plus a little bit more if you're lucky. As long as you leave Base Camp by 5:59:59 you get to run another lap! Rest between laps then head out for more.
The 5.3K lap through the forest consists of gravel footpaths and some grassy areas - so a true multi-terrain course.
You may be completing your first official 5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Full Marathon or even Ultra Marathon, or it may be your 100th or 1000th event!
With next to no navigation, no special kit requirements, an aid station every lap and straightforward logistics - this is ideal for going further than ever before.
There will be a bespoke medal for the event, which you will receive at the end of the race. Or if you choose the 'green' lucky dip option, you will choose from a selection of previous medals.
A team discount may be available depending on numbers - simply get in touch for details.
Dogs on leads are usually allowed at the venue, but they are not allowed to run with you.
The suggestion is to wear road trainers, but depending on the weather before the event you may want to bring trails if you have them but not essential.

There will be a marshal at the Hospital Car Park to assist you with your parking and direct you then onto the venue. You will then proceed to the Country Park and Race Registration area to collect your bib numbers.
Parking is chargeable at the Hinchingbrooke Hospital which is just a short distance away from the Country Park.
This event is taking steps to be more sustainable:
Runners can buy a reuseable cup at the event.
Car sharing is actively encouraged.
Runners often have the choice between a bespoke medal for this event specifically, or a 'lucky dip medal' which is a scheme to help use up medals from other races to prevent them going to landfill.
