Endurance trail routes along the stunningly beautiful Somerset Coast!
Complete a foot tour of Brean Down, the dramatic limestone peninsula, and celebrate your monumental achievement at the National Trust’s Brean Down Cafe with fellow runners and wear your locally-made medal with pride. The event wouldn’t be complete without visiting iconic landmarks at the start and finish of your journey.
The beautiful routes will take you along the coast passing through many wonderful locations such as; Blue Anchor, Watchet, West Quantockshead waterfall, Kilve beach, Lilstock, Steart Marshes, Bridgwater Docks, Burnham on Sea and Brean Down.
The regular aid stations will help to keep you sustained as you complete what is set to be a ‘must do’ endurance run.
All entrants need to be sign in.
Trail shoes.
Sections of the route are wetter and more technical than others but the additional grip of a trail shoe is advised.

As this is a linear route you are asked to think carefully about how you get to and from the start and finish.
Both start locations and the finish location have public car parks a short distance away.
The best option would be to ask a friend or family member to drop you or a group of you off at the start and collect you from the finish.
Let’s try to be environmentally friendly and car share.
The cafe at the finish will be open during the day of the event and will be open late for you to purchase beverages and food after your adventure.
